PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a driving force by setting external energy at zero or minimum with a magnet or an electromagnet. SOLUTION: As resolution means for setting external energy at zero or minimum with the magnet or the electromagnet, the polarity of magnetic pole of a stator for a drive and that of a rotator facing the stator is the same or in such an arrangement that N-pole and S-pole face each other, so that repulsive force or attraction is generated even if they have any relative positional relation by rotation, movement or the like. By regulating the direction of the driving force in only one direction with a structure or configuration of the stator or the rotator, thus efficiently generating the driving force.
