PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel having a light emitting part arranged in a matrix form which can be made small in width. SOLUTION: The organic EL panel 21 of a dot matrix type has a laminated body 23 formed on a substrate 22. The laminated body 23 comprises a first electrode 24a formed in a stripe form, an organic layer 26, and a second electrode 27. A first rib 28 is formed in the direction orthogonal to the first electrode 24a and cuts the second electrode 27 in the stripe forms. A second rib 29 is formed in the direction in parallel with the first electrode and cuts the second electrode 27.
