PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thumb turn cover which is mounted on a thumb turn by engaging with the same, to thereby achieve crime prevention against rotation of the thumb turn and easy locking/unlocking by the user. SOLUTION: For the purpose of preventing the thumb turn 12, 14 provided on a lock 22 of a door 21 from being illegally unlocked by thumb turn rotation, a plurality of types of engaging portions 13, 15 capable of being installed on a plurality of kinds of the thumb turns 12, 14 to enable operation of the thumb turn 12, 14 are formed in an inner surface of a cover main body 11.
