PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable radiator plate which uses a small number of members, which can be easily manufactured, which can be folded, which prevents buckling of a tube for a fluid in packing, storage, transportation and laying, and which can be easily laid in a laying place. SOLUTION: Four long and broad plate-like bodies having grooves for embedding the tube for the fluid are combined together in a two-by-two matrix so as to be formed in a wholly quadrangular planar shape; the tube for the fluid is embedded in the embedding groove; a boundary of each of two sets of two laterally-arranged plate-like bodies is provided with a part for making the tube for the fluid cross the boundary; the tube for the fluid crosses the boundary via the part for making the tube for the fluid cross the boundary; and a fitting part, which lies astride both of two longitudinally-arranged plate-like bodies and wherein a groove for embedding the tube for the fluid is engraved, is arranged in a boundary between a set of the two longitudinally-arranged plate-like bodies.
