PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polypropylene-based resin foamed particles capable of giving an in-mold product excellent in a surface appearance and mechanical characteristics at low molding vapor pressure, to provide the in-mold product, and to provide a polypropylene-based resin composition most suitable as a base resin for the foamed particles. SOLUTION: This polypropylene-based resin composition comprises a propylene-based polymer [A] and a terpenic resin and/or a petroleum resin, wherein the propylene-based polymer [A] satisfies requirements (a) to (c) as follows: (a) structural units derived from propylene and structural units derived from ethylene and/or anα-olefin are each contained in a specified range; (b) a ratio of position irregular units due to 2,1-insertion of propylene monomer units and a ratio due to 1,3-insertion are each in a specified range; and (c) a melting point (Tm) is not less than 143°C.
