PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for care and/or make-up and/or treatment of keratinous substances, having excellent properties such as excellent quality and excellent migration properties. SOLUTION: The composition comprises a structuring polymer, an oil selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbon-based liquid oils and silicone oils, and a silicone elastomer particles including silicone rubber cores coated with a silicone resin. The structuring polymer has 500-500,000 weight-average molecular weight, and has at least one polyorganosiloxane group, comprising from 1 to 1,000 organosiloxane units in the main chain or in the form of a graft, and at least two groups selected from ester, amide, sulphonamide, carbamate, thiocarbamate, urea, urethane, thiourea, oxamido, guanamido and biguanidino groups, wherein the structuring polymer is solid at 25°C.
