PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely convey and accumulate noodles without dropping them. SOLUTION: This accumulator 1 is provided with an inlet side conveyance part 10 in which noodles 1,000 from facility in a preceding process are nipped and held by a pallet 30 for conveying noodles and the pallet 30 for conveying noodles conveys the noodles 1,000 and releases the noodles 1,000 at a predetermined position, an accumulating part 100 in which a plurality of accumulating conveyors 110 for which the noodles 1,000 released by the pallet 30 for conveying noodles at the predetermined position are supplied and which convey the supplied noodles 1,000 in the horizontal direction are arranged in the vertical direction, and an outlet side conveyance part 200 in which the noodles 1,000 conveyed by the accumulating part 100 are nipped and held by a pallet 230 for conveying noodles, the pallet 230 for conveying noodles is conveyed, and the pallet 230 for conveying noodles releases the noodles 1,000 at a predetermined position to supply them to facility in a next process.
