PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door mirror controlling device capable of rotating a door mirror to a position of recognizing a rear wheel periphery of a vehicle only when needed, such as when the vehicle is moved backward and parked. SOLUTION: This door mirror controlling device 13 is connected with a navigation device 100, a shift lever sensor 11, an ACC sensor 12, and a door mirror rotating device 14. The door mirror controlling device 13 fetches signals from the navigation device 100 and the shift lever sensor 11. The door mirror controlling device 13 rotates a mirror face 23 of a door mirror 21 in a ground direction (to a position capable of recognizing the rear wheel periphery of the vehicle) by driving a motor 22a via the door mirror rotating device 14 when a current position of the vehicle detected by a position detector 1 reaches a destination, and a shift lever of the vehicle detected by the shift lever sensor 11 is at a reverse position.
