PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost panel device with a simple structure having an effective camouflage effect. SOLUTION: The panel device to be arranged on a front face of an on-vehicle electronic instrument is provided to pretend that there is no on-vehicle electronic instrument in a vehicle to solve the above problem. A pattern showing a shape imitating other on-vehicle electronic instruments or vehicle instruments, or the shape of the front face of the on-vehicle electronic instrument of a type or model different from that of the actual on-vehicle electronic instrument is arranged on the panel device to pretend that there is only other equipment or the instrument (of normally lower cost with less theft risk) on the place where the instrument exists to provide the device solving the above problem.
