PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of vehicular sheets, which can change the left/right positions of the sheets only by arranging less than two couples of engagement receiving parts on the floor of a vehicle in correspondence to at least one sheet. SOLUTION: According to the mounting structure, only each couple of engagement receiving parts 15R, 15L are arranged on the floor F in correspondence to each sheet 1R, 1L. With this arrangement, the left/right position of each sheet 1R, 1L is changed by reversing the left/right in the arrangement of each sheet 1R, 1L, so that the sheets can be changed into two forms of a bench sheet and a captain sheet.
