PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the yield of a carton blank with a cutting blade. SOLUTION: This manufacturing apparatus for the carton blank with the cutting blade is equipped with a positioning means for positioning the carton blank A and the cutting blade B, and a cutting blade feed means for feeding the cutting blade B to the surface of the carbon blank A after positioning. The position and posture of the carton blank A are altered by the positioning means 11 while holding the carton blank A by a moving table 15 to position the carton blank A with respect to the cutting blade B placed at a definite position and the cutting blade B is fed to the carton blank A by the cutting blade feed means 12. The cutting blade B is accurately fed to the predetermined position on the carton blank A even if one of or both of the carton blank A and the cutting blade B are fed in a shifted state and the production of defective products is reduced to enhance a production yield.
