PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting device and a bed provided with the same capable of preventing an unstable lifting state by providing a pantograph-type link mechanism with an additional parallelogram-type link mechanism. SOLUTION: The lifting device makes up and down movement with the pantograph-type and screw-type lifting mechanism. The pantograph-type link mechanism consisting of a first upper slide arm, a first lower slide arm, a second upper slide arm and a second lower slide arm that are coaxially and symmetrically disposed is provided with a third upper slide arm and a third lower slide arm on an approximately middle part of the same shaft.
