The invention discloses an apparatus and a method for automatically erasing a blackboard, and more particularly, to an improved apparatus and method for automatically erasing the blackboard wherein the automatic erasing apparatus horizontally reciprocates relative to a blackboard. In the invention, two wiper members are positioned at outer ends of the erasing means rotatably installed at both ends with respect to the carriage. The eccentric axes are vertically mounted on the variable plates. By the variable plates, the left erasing means and one wiper member are moved in the right direction or in the left direction to contact or not to contact the right erasing means and the other wiper member. |
