发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CELLULOSE FIBER HAVING EXCELLENT FIBRIL RESISTANCE AND ADHESION
摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of cellulose fiber having excellent flexibility, strength, fibril resistance and adhesion is characterized by dissolving a little polyvinyl alcohol in N-methyl morpholine N-oxide to lower melting point and using an uniform cellulose solution having low temperature to prevent cellulose from being decomposed at high temperature. The manufacturing method thereof is capable of supplying an NMMO solution to an extruder at lower temperature, processing the solution in wide range of temperature, swelling the cellulose powder and the NMMO solution at low temperature and preventing a film from being generated on a surface of the powder. CONSTITUTION: Cellulose fiber is obtained by the steps of: (A) dissolving 0.1-3wt.% of polyvinyl alcohol in concentrated liquid N-methyl morpholine N-oxide(NMMO) to manufacture an NMMO solution where cellulose is dissolved; (B) supplying the NMMO solution and cellulose powder to an extruder, followed by mixing, swelling and dissolving the NMMO solution and cellulose powder to manufacture a cellulose solution; (C) extruding and spinning the cellulose solution with a spinning nozzle; passing the spun solution through an air area; coagulating the solution in a coagulating bath to manufacture multi filament; and then (D) washing, drying, oiling and winding the multi filament. The cellulose fiber has 5-10g/d of dry strength, 4-10g/d of wet strength, and 200-400g/d of modulus.
