PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing liquid herbal soap by extracting herbs containing Salicornia herbacea L., Herba Houttuyniae, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Cnidii Rhizoma, Folium Theae and Glycyrrhizae Radix and then inserting the extract into a microcapsule. The liquid herbal soap has a long-term shelf life, has pharmacological efficacy of herbs and exhibits excellent effect of removing dead keratin cells, shrinking pores, whitening skin and preventing skin-aging. CONSTITUTION: The liquid herbal soap is prepared by extracting 60% by weight of a soap base, 0.7% by weight of Salicornia herbacea L., 0.7% by weight of Herba Houttuyniae, 0.7% by weight of Angelicae Gigantis Radix, 0.7% by weight of Cnidii Rhizoma, 0.5% by weight of Folium Theae, 0.3% by weight of Glycyrrhizae Radix, 0.3% by weight of sulfur and 0.3% by weight of lilac flavor and then encapsulating the extract with starch or gum.
