<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which can transmit present time information indicating present time only to a client present in a specified domain so as to verify the present time, in communication using a network. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The time information transmission apparatus comprises a position storage means for storing positional information in advance, a client information receiving means for receiving positional information, which is information on a position of the client requesting transmission of time information, a time receiving means for receiving present time information, which is information on present time, an object judging means for judging whether the positional information received by the client information receiving means falls under information stored in the position storage means or not, and a transmission means for transmitting the present time information that is received at a predetermined time by the time receiving means to a specified transmission address when the positional information thus received falls under the information stored in the position storage means.
