<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide physical distribution facilities capable of stacking pallets on top of each other and capable of unloading and loading. SOLUTION: The physical distribution facilities are provided with an automated warehouse 1 storing single-item pallets loading single-item products as pallet units, depalletizer/palletizer parts 11A and 11B directly transferring the products from the single-item pallet delivered from the automated warehouse 1 to a sorting pallet, and a carrier truck 53 carrying the single-item pallets between the automatic warehouse 1 and the depalletizer/palletizer parts 11A and 11B. In the respective single-item pallets and sorting pallets, unloading information and loading information of products capable of stacking pallets on top of each other are prepared based on the information of products to be loaded on the sorting pallets, and in the depalletizer/palletizer parts 11A and 11B, when the products are transferred from the single-item pallets to the sorting pallets, those are transferred based on the unloading information and the loading information. The stacking of pallets on top of each other can improve the storage efficiency and loading efficiency.</p> |
