PURPOSE: A tire extruder with feeding rollers of a geared type is provided to enable feed of a source of heat to blended rubber and to secure excellent kneading of rubber, to smoothly feed blended rubber to the inside of a hopper of the extruder. CONSTITUTION: A tire extruder with feeding rollers of a geared type includes an extruder housing having a hopper and a discharge outlet; an extruder screw arranged rotatably in the housing; and a driving unit driving the extruder screw. The tire extruder comprises a case block(16) having an inlet(17) through which rubber is put; a pair of geared rollers(11,12) arranged inside the case block; heat source feed pipes(13,14) inserted in the geared rollers; and an auxiliary driving unit(15) driving the geared rollers.
