PURPOSE: A system and a method for collecting simultaneously toll charges of high-speed vehicles are provided to process automatically the toll charges of the high-speed vehicles by using a multiple authentication processing method of a smart card. CONSTITUTION: A system for collecting simultaneously toll charges of high-speed vehicles includes an antenna(101), a toll charge collection control unit(104), and a SAM bank(105). The antenna(101) is used for receiving signals from OBUs(On Board Unit) of vehicles and converting the received wireless signals to wire signals. The toll charge collection control unit(104) receives the user information from smart cards and controls an automatic toll charge collection process. The SAM bank(105) is used for verifying signature values of the smart cards according to a control command of the toll charge collection control unit(104), generating signature values corresponding to the signature values of the smart cards, and storing the transactions.
