PURPOSE: A reactor insulation cover of an air conditioner is provided to reduce manufacturing cost of the reactor insulation cover, and to isolate a reactor from a refrigerant tube or an oil separator installed on an outlet side of a compressor by coupling the reactor insulation cover to the reactor. CONSTITUTION: An insulation cover(412) is circularly formed correspondingly with annular winding structure of a coil(404) of a reactor(402), and has a plurality of coupling holes(414) formed thereon correspondingly with coupling holes(406) formed on the reactor. Bolts(410) are inserted to the coupling holes to integrally fix the insulation cover and the reactor to a wall(416) of a condensing chamber. A diameter of the insulation cover is larger than a diameter of the reactor to isolate the reactor from structures on a front, sides, an upper part and a lower part thereof. The insulation cover is installed to the reactor to prevent the reactor from contacting with a refrigerant tube installed on an outlet side of a compressor so as to prevent an electric leakage.
