PURPOSE: A beam with leaf springs is provided to fasten the wall firmly, and to take prompt action on internal or external shock and fluctuation of pressure from earthquake or change of the height of the wall by adjusting the height after construction and increasing the bending moment and the shearing force. CONSTITUTION: A beam comprises a body(10) having a lower frame(20) opened up and composed of first vertical elongated holes(22) at both sides and an upper frame(30) opened down, fitted longitudinally to the lower frame and composed of second vertical elongated holes(36) at both sides corresponding to the first vertical elongated holes, a tension shaft(40) penetrating the first and second vertical elongated holes with a first thread, and a couple of leaf springs(60) contacted to both sides of the upper frame and the lower frame in the body, composed of a first penetration hole and a second penetration hole for inserting the tension shaft and a second thread engaged with the first thread of the tension shaft. The gap between the upper and lower frames is adjusted by rotating the tension shaft.
