PURPOSE: A screw driver for excavation is provided to improve working efficiency by discharging earth naturally in digging, and to excavate the hole by lifting a rotating shaft pipe up and down with a guide supporting unit and rotating or reversing the rotating shaft pipe. CONSTITUTION: An excavating screw driver(1) is composed of a power generating unit outputting power for rotating or moving up and down, and an excavating unit boring a hole by digging earth. The power generating unit has a guide supporting unit(10) for lifting up and down and vertically guiding a rotating shaft pipe(12), a power supply unit turning the rotating shaft pipe, and a fixing part(50) firmly supporting the power supply unit around the hole. The hole is bored by keeping the short distance between the fixing part and the excavating unit with the accurate perpendicularity. Earth is moved up by removing the tube from the excavating unit, and discharged naturally by drawing the screw driver out of the hole without the additional discharge process.
