In a process to dye- or color-print a hook and loop fastener system, dye is ejected via a jet (14) under the piezo-crystal (16) control. The process applies colored inks e.g. reactive inks, acid inks and dispersion inks. Each ink is applied by a discrete jet. Mixed colors are applied by discrete jets. The inks are directed directly at the hook section or the loop section separately. |
