PURPOSE: A bamboo grid and a roasting device using the bamboos grill are provided to improve flavor by making sap produced from bamboo smoothly soaked into meat and to make meat smoothly done by making heat directly or indirectly transmitted to meat supported on ribs of bamboo. CONSTITUTION: A bamboo grid(30) comprises a frame(33) having an edge member(31) and at least one interception member(32) supported to the edge member and installed to a region corresponding to a source of heat generation; bamboo pieces(100) arranged to the interception member of the frame at predetermined intervals; and an interval-maintaining unit(40) installed to the interception member to maintain the interval of the bamboo pieces.
