PURPOSE: Provided is a method of fabricating plywood using waste plastic and husks of grain or sawdust to prevent permeation of moisture and reduce a fabrication cost. CONSTITUTION: Waste plastic is mixed with husks of grain or sawdust in a ratio of 60 to 70wt.% and 30 to 40wt.%. The mixture is heated and molted in an extruder from 170 to 230deg.C. The molten mixture is extruded through a plate shaping die. The extruded mixture is heated to prevent the mixture from being cured while transporting by conveyers, and then is cut by a cutter to have a desired length. The cut mixture is transported to the upper and lower moldings, and then the upper molding moves down to form plywood.
