PURPOSE: A USB bar-type CDMA module is provided to be connected with a USB port without another power supply device, and to directly mount a USB terminal on the CDMA module, thereby realizing portability. CONSTITUTION: A maximum RF output value is stored in an NV(Non Volatile) data area of a flash memory within a CDMA module. System software embedded in an MSM chip of the CDMA module periodically monitors a delivery output value of an RF input/output end while data is transceived from the RF input/output end, and limits the output value of the RF input/output end to less than the maximum RF output value stored in the NV data area, so that the maximum current consumption of the CDMA module can be less than 500mA.
