The belt is made by feeding rubber impregnated fabric 22, 23, 24 through cutters 33, 34, 35 which cut the fabric into strips 39 ... 46 of successively decreasing width. The strips are fed over rollers 37, 38, 47 to rollers 48 which superimpose the strips to form a laminated belt 50. The belt 50 is then wrapped in a cover 56 and cured. |
