Vehicle with a special arrangement of a fuel tank, a secondary muffler and a reduction agent tank

A diesel truck has a fuel tank (1), and an exhaust system (2) with a first silencer (3) incorporating a hydrolysis catalytic converter (4) and an oxidation catalytic converter (5). The hydrolysis unit is operated in conjunction with a dosed feed of dilute urea from a urea tank (9). The dilute urea tank (9), silencer (3) and main fuel tank (1) form a single aggregate structure (10) attached to the vehicle chassis. The exhaust system further incorporates a main silencer unit. The single aggregate structure (10) is of modular design and takes the place of one prior art 900 liter modular fuel tank on the vehicle chassis. The unit (10) fuel capacity is 30-40% less than that of a prior art fuel tank.
