The valve has sealed seats (28, 30) formed on a body (12), and a flexible sealed joint (38) mounted on a manual control rod (32). The seat (28) engages with an inner sealed surface of the joint. The seat (30) surrounds seat (28) and cooperates with an outer sealed surface formed on a flexible lip of the joint. The lip is provided with radial notches for limiting flow of gas and opening the valve in an extraction mode.
