摘要 PURPOSE: A high-vacuum preventing device for a scroll compressor is provided to distribute compressed gas through a gas passage evenly around a vacuum piston by forming one engraved gas passage or more circumferentially in the outer periphery of the vacuum piston, and to cut down cost by preventing leak of compressed gas with restricting the vacuum piston from inclining in the vacuum cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A high-vacuum preventing device of a scroll compressor comprises a casing dividing a suction space and a discharge space; a fixing scroll fastened in the casing; an orbiting scroll engaged with the fixing scroll to compress fluid in plural compression chambers with turning; a vacuum cylinder(120) formed radially in the fixing scroll or the orbiting scroll, and composed of a suction pressure passage communicated with the suction space of the casing, a middle pressure passage communicated with the compression chamber and a discharge pressure passage communicated with the discharge space of the casing; a vacuum piston(130) inserted to the vacuum cylinder with sliding to prevent leak of discharge gas by shutting off the discharge pressure passage in normal operation of the compressor and guide discharge gas partially by communicating the discharge pressure passage with the suction pressure passage in operation at high compression ratio; and a vacuum spring(140) installed between the suction pressure passage of the vacuum cylinder and the sliding side of the vacuum piston to communicate the discharge pressure passage with the suction pressure passage by pushing the vacuum piston in operation at high vacuum. An engraved gas passage(131) is formed circumferentially in the outer periphery of the vacuum piston.
