PURPOSE: A bean curd(tofu) containing seaweeds manufacturing method is provided, thereby reinforcing the taste and flavor, and nutrition of bean curd(tofu) with seaweeds, so that quality of bean curd(tofu) can be improved. CONSTITUTION: The bean curd(tofu) containing seaweeds manufacturing method comprises the steps of: dipping beans in water; pulverizing the water dipped beans with a pulverizer; heating the pulverized bean; separating the heated pulverized bean into the bean residue and bean solution; adding seaweeds into the bean solution; adding a coagulating agent into the seaweeds added bean solution; and inserting the coagulated bean solution into a mold and shaping it, wherein the seaweed is seastaghorn, green layer, sea tangle, seaweed fusiforme, sea oak or gulf weed.
