PURPOSE: A canned product of fermented beef with ginseng oil is provided which has an extended storage duration to reduce delivery costs, improves palatability and nutrition, and removes the meaty smell and flavor. CONSTITUTION: The canned product of fermented beef with ginseng oil is prepared by the steps of: inserting fresh beef in a spacious container made of stainless steel, aluminum or plastic enough to submerge the beef; adding ginseng oil into the container; and sealing the container, followed by aging for a predetermined period of time.
