PURPOSE: An LED drive circuit using an inverter is provided to reduce the generation of riffle or noise due to a high voltage by using an inverter charge pump instead of boosting a voltage of a battery to drive an LED. CONSTITUTION: An LED drive circuit includes a low drop voltage output(2) and an inverter charge pump(3). The low drop voltage output(2) is connected to an input terminal of an LED in order to drop a voltage of a battery(1). The inverter charge pump(3) is connected to an output terminal of the LED in order to invert the polarity of an output voltage of the low drop voltage output(2). An output voltage of the battery(1) is applied to the low drop voltage output(2). The output voltage of the battery(1) drops down by means of the low drop voltage output(2). The low drop voltage output(2) is formed by a voltage drop regulator. An output terminal of the low drop voltage output(2) is connected to the input terminal of an LED and the inverter charge pump(3).
