PURPOSE: A method is provided to connect a plastic liner of a composite material bowl with metal nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A metal nozzle is treated with an acid to provide minute embossing on the surface. A plasma treatment is carried out on the surface. A thermosetting plastic adhesive such as phenol or urethane type is coated on the surface. An insert injection molding is carried out with the heated metal nozzle while injecting plastic liner to connect the metal nozzle with the plastic liner.
