PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting a load of a main shaft is provided to precisely measure the load by preventing a load device from physically making contact with the main shaft. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for adjusting a load of a main shaft includes a load adjusting device(100) installed at a testing device(2) in opposition to a displacement sensor(20). The load adjusting device(100) applies an ultrasonic load to a main shaft(11). The load adjusting device(100) includes an ultrasonic amplifier(120) for generating an ultrasonic resonance frequency. An ultrasonic actuator(110) is provided to amplify the resonance frequency by changing the resonance frequency into physical vibration, and to transmit the amplified vibration to the main shaft(11).
