PURPOSE: A device for consecutively managing a call of a voice messaging system and a control method therefore are provided to divide a DTMF signal of a caller as VXML files, and to store a name of the last VXML file in a state caching table unit, and to transfer a call to an upper level when a caller recalls, thereby performing a consecutive call service without returning to an initial step. CONSTITUTION: A DSP(2) processes a DMF signal of a voice guide message signal transceived via a private transfer system(1) as a digital signal. The DSP(2) stores the last VXML file, and processes the lastly stored VXML file when recalled. A parser processor(3) analyzes a DTMF signal of the DSP(2), and processes a status VXML file selection function corresponding to a proper message. A status module unit(4) retrieves a VXML file corresponding to a status perceiving requirement signal of the parser processor(3), and outputs the retrieved VXML file to the parser processor(3). The status module unit(4) stores various response VXML files each state of a caller. A VXML processor converts the VXML file inputted from the parser processor(3) into a voice signal, and outputs the converted VXML file. An action module unit(6) processes a call in a blind transfer method according to the last number control signal of the DSP(2). A VXML caching table unit(7) stores the last VXML file name processed in the action module unit(6) and extension number information of a corresponding destination.
