The machine has a conveyor plate (13), a head lock (15) and a feeder lid (14) provided inside an airtight chamber (3). A gateway (9), an exit part (17) and the feeder lid are connected to disks (8, 16). Sockets (7) are provided on periphery of the disks. The gateway and the exit part are revolved together. Width of the gateway and the exit part is greater than that of the sockets.
