<p>The service allows the owner of a mobile phone with a prepayment card to send an emergency text message or request a collect (reverse charge) call when out of credit. For a single fixed payment the mobile phone owner registers for the service, which allows an emergency text message or collect call request to be made to nominated persons using a short number and a code. The nominated person receives the request and is able to send a return message or call the mobile phone owner initiating the request. The return call is paid for by the person sending it; the service can be stopped at any time by means of a code and stop message.</p> |
