PURPOSE: An exterior speaker in a mobile phone is provided to amplify a voice signal for telephone conversation with the other side so that a user can execute telephone conversation without holding the mobile phone to his/her ear. CONSTITUTION: An exterior speaker in a mobile phone comprises a pair of cases, a connector(4), an amplification circuit part(10), and a microspeaker(6). The cases are composed of an upper case(2) and a lower case(3). The upper and lower cases(2,3), in which the amplification circuit part(10) and the microspeaker(6) are installed, are capable of fixing the connector(4). The connector(4) connects the mobile phone electrically with the amplification circuit part(10) so that power, voice signals, and control signals can be transmitted between the mobile phone and the amplification circuit part(10). The amplification circuit part(10) is composed of components arranged on a PCB so as to amplify a voice signal for telephone conversation. The microspeaker(6), fixed to the inner side of the upper case(2) and driven by the voice signal amplified by the amplification circuit part(10), discharges the user's voice for telephone conversation with the other side through voice-emitting holes(7).
