CULTURING MUSHROOM MYCELIUM OR FRUIT BODIES BY CULTURING MUSHROOM SPAWN IN CULTURE MEDIUM CONTAINING AND UNPOLISHED RICE

PURPOSE: A method of culturing mushroom mycelium or fruit bodies by culturing mushroom spawn in a culture medium containing Artemisia capillaris Thunb., Ginseng Radix, Angelica keiskei, kale, mulberry leaves, Eucommiae Cortex, pine needles, green tea leaves, Gastrodiae Rhizoma, Pueraria lobata and unpolished rice is provided. It shortens the culturing time and remarkably improves the culturing yield. CONSTITUTION: The mushroom mycelium or fruit body is prepared by culturing mushroom spawn in a solid culture medium. The solid medium contains a substrate containing medicinal plants and mushroom spawn cultured in the substrate. The medicinal plants are selected from the group consisting of Artemisia capillaris Thunb., Ginseng Radix, Angelica keiskei (Miq.) Koidz., kale, mulberry leaves, Eucommiae Cortex, pine needles, green tea leaves, Gastrodiae Rhizoma, Pueraria lobata and unpolished rice. The mushroom is selected from the group consisting of Hericium erinaceus, Phellinus linteus and Ganoderma lucidum Karst.
