PURPOSE: A combined structure using a concrete block and a construction method thereof are provided to construct the raceway of the incision cliff, the ridge of the mountain and the check passage at the same time by integrally connecting the slope protection blocks. CONSTITUTION: A combined structure is composed of a revetment block(10) having a block body recessed in the front, the rear part, the right and the left, a partition wall dividing the block body, drain grooves recessed horizontally and longitudinally in the block body, a steel reinforcing bar exposed out of two corners of the block body and a steel wire exposed out of two corners of the block body, and a step block(20) having an H-shaped front wall, a raceway formed in the front wall, left and right side walls integrally formed at both sides of the raceway and inclined, a second contraction part integrally mounted to the side walls to reduce the outer corner and a steel reinforcing bar exposed out of the corner of the section contraction part.
