PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display, and a method for manufacturing a display plate included in the same are provided to minimize stitch inferiority by overlapping signal lines with double-exposed parts even if boundary lines of black matrices are double-exposed. CONSTITUTION: An organic layer formed of a negative photoresist is formed on a substrate including an active area. The active area is divided into a plurality of shots including a first shot and a second shot adjacent to each other to expose the organic layer. The organic layer is developed to form black matrices having apertures corresponding to a pixel area. Boundary lines(c) of the first shot and the second shot cross the apertures.
