UNMANNED GUEST ROOM RENT SYSTEM, PARTICULARLY FOR ALLOWING A USER TO RENT A DESIRED GUEST ROOM THROUGH A SIMPLE PROCEDURE WITHOUT A HELP OF A GUIDE OF A LODGING FACILITY

PURPOSE: An unmanned guest room rent system is provided to reduce labor costs of a lodging facility and facilitate management without a possibility of a loss of keys of a guest room. CONSTITUTION: A check-in guiding unit(110) guides a guest room to a user, receives a guest room rent fee, and outputs information on a guest room selected by the user and information on payment of the rent fee. An auxiliary display unit(120) displays an indoor image of each guest room and controls a display state of the indoor image of each guest room. A guest room management unit(200) collectively controls power supply and an operation of electric/electronic devices in a guest room, and is operated according to a control signal of a central management unit(100). The central management unit(100) allows a user to output an operation control signal to the selected guest room management unit(200) according to information on the guest room and use the corresponding guest room.
