摘要 PURPOSE: A low-resistance and high-efficiency PTC element and a continuous fabrication method thereof are provided to use a double calendering and laminating system consisting of the first and second heating rolls, and to individually set temperature and pressure of the first and second heating rolls, thereby continuously fabricating a sheet while magnifying processability. CONSTITUTION: A conductive high-polymer composition including 5 to 70 weight% of conductive particles is supplied. The conductive high-polymer composition is made in pellet type by melting a crystalline olefin-series high-polymer under mechanical stress at 80 to 200 degrees centigrade. The made composition is molded in sheet type. Metal electrode materials are disposed in upper and lower parts of the obtained sheet, and pressure is simultaneously applied to upper/lower surfaces of the sheet by using the first heating roll and the second heating roll to laminate an electrode. A sheet-type PTC element having 0.05mm to 0.5mm of thickness is continuously fabricated.
