PURPOSE: An RNC(Radio Network Controller) implementation system using an LVDS is provided to secure the easiness in system configuration and the exactness of circuits by embodying a new LVDS interface with addition and modification in functions of a rear board and configuring a system using an LVDS for the interface between subsystems. CONSTITUTION: An RNC implementation system using an LVDS comprises a Tx circuit part and an Rx circuit part. The Tx circuit part is composed of a buffer and an LVDS driver part. The buffer transfers inputted UTOPIA data to the LVDS driver part. The LVDS driver part converts the UTOPIA parallel data, transmitted from the buffer, into LVDS signals through two LVDS drivers in order to transmit them as duplicated data, and transmits the converted signals to an ATM switch. The Rx circuit part is composed of an LVDS receiver part and a switch. The LVDS receiver part receives LVDS data from the ATM switch, restores the received data into ATM UTOPIA data, and selectively transmits the data to the switch. The switch selects active data between two duplicated signals, inputted from an LVIA.
