ANTI-CRACKING AGENT COMPOSITION FOR CEMENT MORTAR, NOT HAVING LOSS OF STRENGTH AND NOT SENSITIVE OF OUTSIDE ENVIRONMENT

PURPOSE: An anti-cracking agent composition for cement mortar is provided, which dose not have a loss of strength by shrinkage compensation and tightening of structure and is not sensitive of the outside environment. CONSTITUTION: The anti-cracking agent composition contains: 20-45wt% of a ground material of a dead-burnt clinker obtained by calcining lime raw stone containing 53.5-54.5 of calcium oxide at 950-1100deg.C for 50-60 hours; 35-50wt% of one selected from the group consisting of a ground material of anhydrate gypsum produced in a process for producing fluoric acid, a mixture of the ground material of the anhydrate gypsum and a ground material of a gypsum-lime byproduct generated in a process for collecting sulfurous acid when burning coal or petroleum coke, a mixture of the ground material of the anhydrate gypsum and a ground material of a waste gypsum byproduct produced from a synthesis of a naphthalene-based high fluidizing agent, or a mixture thereof; the balance of reject ash as a waste remaining behind in a fly ash refining process. The anti-cracking agent has more than 90% of 30 mesh passing powder and less than 0.1% of moisture. And the cement mortar contains the anti-cracking agent composition as an effective component.
