PURPOSE: A vertical hetero-injection molding system and a method thereof are provided to improve the productivity and to reduce the defect rate by producing hetero-injection molding products having different colors or materials in one injection molding system. CONSTITUTION: A vertical injection molding system(1) comprises a first injection portion(10), a feed part(20) and a second injection portion(30). The first injection portion loads an inserted material to be formed and injects a first material in a first portion of a mold in a first position. The feed part carries the mold to be finished the injection molding of the first portion from the first position to a second position. The second injection portion obtains a hetero-injection molding material by injecting a second material in a second portion of the mold to be carried to the second position. Thereby, hetero-injection molding products are produced in one injection molding system.
