PURPOSE: Provided are fragrance which has excellent masking effect on smells of ammonia and mono ethanol amine of the permanent, has excellent stability of its formulation, and has little stimulation on the skin, and the first permanent and a permanent composition comprising the same. CONSTITUTION: The fragrance for masking permanent is characterized by containing as active ingredients, ethyl acetate 99%, ethyl butyrate, methylphenyl carbonyl acetate, hexyl cinnamic aldehyde, and ethyl 2 methyl butyrate pure FCC. The first permanent is characterized by containing the fragrance. Also, the permanent composition is characterized by containing 0.01-1.0 wt.% of the fragrance, based on the total weight of the composition.
