PURPOSE: A mobile device for selectively receiving a voice signal is provided to allow a user to easily receive a voice of a person to perform smooth communication in an area where noise is severe. CONSTITUTION: A microphone(10) senses an ambient sound and converts it into an electric signal. An input level amplifier(20) amplifies the electric signal into a certain size. An input level controller(30) receives the amplified electric signal and outputs it in a certain level. A BPF(Band Pass Filter)(40) passes a voice frequency band only of the electric signal and removes the remaining band of the electric signal. An amplifier(50) amplifies the electric signal of the filtered voice frequency band. An output level amplifier(60) amplifies the amplified electric signal of the voice frequency band into a certain size. An output level controller(70) receives the amplified electric signal of the voice frequency band and outputs it in a certain level. A speaker(80) converts the electric signal of the voice frequency band into a voice signal and then outputs it.
