The invention refers to medicine, in particular to surgery and may be used for treatment of postoperative peritonitis generalized or caused by perforation of the hollow organs. Summary of the invention consists in carrying out the surgical operation, then when finishing it and within every 12 hours, through drainages, it is carried out the peritoneal lavage with a mixture of physiological solution with 50 (g/l of trypsin, 400 mg/l of cyprofloxacine and 500mg/l of metronidazole. At the same time, it is supplementary administered i/v cyprofloxacine in a dose of 200...400 mg and metronidazole 500 mg two times a day, and the treatment cure constitutes 7 days.
